I’m always looking for new smoothie ideas and different ways to jam pack extra fruit and veg into my day
I didn’t have time this morning to make a proper breakfast so I whipped a few things in the blender and came up with this It was really good and the twins drank every last mouthful and asked for more!
What you’ll need (makes enough for 2 adults or 1 adult 2 kids)
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 cup washed spinach
2 tsp crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
3/4 cup of milk
handful of ice
– Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined.
– Pour into a glass & enjoy
