Blueberry Superfood Smoothie

Whenever the kids are in a fussy mood with their meals I make them a super smoothie jam packed with extra fruits and vegetables.

What you’ll need (makes enough for 2 adults and 2 toddlers)

2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2 ripe avocado
8 spinach leaves
1/2 punnet of blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp agave
handful of ice

How to

– Add everything to a blender and process until smooth
– Serve cold and enjoy!
