Quinoa Beef Burgers my go-to burger that I make time and time again for BBQs and for football nights. They taste amazing and are an easy mix to make ahead of time and freeze the patties for a quick go-to meal. Make them smaller for sliders and add your favourite toppings.
Quinoa Beef Burgers

Ingredients
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 1 red onion
- 1 crushed garlic
- 1 egg
- ½ cup powdered raw quinoa
- ¼ cup flat leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
- Blitz raw quinoa in a blender to create powdered quinoa
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with fingers until fully combined
- Shape into large handful burgers and place on a plate until ready to grill (this is also where you would freeze any extras)
- Grill burgers on a grill pan or BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve on a bun with relish, cheese, tomato, beetroot and green leaves
